The University of Texas at Austin and the Welch Foundation invite all to join the Inaugural Distinguished Peter B. Dervan Lecture featuring Harvard University’s Xiaowei Zhuang, Ph.D.
Zhuang is the David B. Arnold, Jr. Professor of Science and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator. In 2019, she won the prestigious Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences for her work developing super-resolution imaging that revealed hidden structures inside cells. She is a a member of the National Academy of Sciences and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
