We are an electrochemistry group. The Ren group develops and uses nanoelectrochemistry tools (including scanning electrochemical probe microscopy) and correlative multi-microscopy to reveal the local structure-mechanisms-activity correlation at complex electrochemical interfaces. The research topics include the active sites in electrocatalysis, corrosion, and electrochemical nucleation.
POSTDOCs
Applicants with a strong background in electrochemistry, electrocatalysis, spectroelectrochemistry, bioelectrochemistry, and instrumental design are strongly encouraged to apply. Please email Hang with a CV with a cover letter explaining your qualification and specific research interest. Please put "postdoc application" in the subject line of the email.
GRADUATE STUDENTS
Prospective graduate students that are interested in our research are encouraged to apply through the Chemistry Ph.D. program.
