Professor Peter Rossky receives Joel Henry Hildebrand Award in the Theoretical & Experimental Chemistry of Liquids from the American Chemical Society

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry is pleased to announce that Professor Peter Rossky is the recipient of the Joel Henry Hildebrand Award in the Theoretical & Experimental Chemistry of Liquids presented by the American Chemical Society and sponsored by ExxonMobil Research and Engineering. The purpose of this award is to recognize distinguished contributions to the understanding of the chemistry and physics of liquids. The award consists of $5,000 and a certificate, and was established in 1980 in recognition of the scientific contributions of ACS Past President Joel H. Hildebrand. Professor Rossky's selection to this distinguished group speaks very highly to his value to the scientific community, and the Department is very pleased that he has earned this recognition.
